Last Dec 2022 I purchased a Teekon Silverwolf high performance kit for over $2,400 which included Fedx international shipping charge of $340+ ..It arrived late due to they had problem with customs..so they sent by UPS. THE KIT ARRIVED OK but was surprized to find some parts were made in Viet Nam and the Smart Module made in China...Silverwolf motors is in Canada ( only the motor label made in Canada)..went ahead to install the kit on my Club Cart ( instructions were fine ..

wired it in complete..drove around for almost 10 months then suddenly one day turned the ignition key and lights flicked then out...no click on solonoid..my tech guy checked all wiring found the Smart Module shorted out..sent emails to EXTREME KARTZ TO GET NEW PART UNDER WARRENTY .First I sent email direct to SILVERWOLF MOTORS CANADA .they said they will send UPS to EXTREME KARTZ the new Smart Module at NO CHARGE TO ME..with tracking # but when I emailed Extreme Kartz when will I expect to get it..they replied" sorry for the delay but when you pay the import tax bill on the kit they sent me..we will send it" " Have a great day". I was asking myself what tax?? when UPS DELIVERED THE KIT nothing needed to pay as it was all inclusive in the shipping I paid on their invoice.! I will look into this...as they made this mistake by changing from FEDX TO UPS TO ME..THEY WERE TRYING TO GET ME TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!!

( EXTREME KARTZ DOES NOT OWE UP TO THIS??

I AM 73 YRS.OLD SENIOR U.S. CITIZEN WITH PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN PHILIPPINES ON FIXED INCOME...MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY IN JULY AND MY WIFE'S MOM PASSED IN MARCH THIS YEAR...I'M BOTH SAD AND ANGRY AT THIS PROBLEM.I HELP OTHER SENIORS IN MY TOWN GETTING AROUND WITH MY GOLF CART..THEY RELY ON ME FOR ERRANDS...PLEASE HELP!!!

Terrible costumer services. Ordered complete kit for 2021 ezgo 6 seater. Front cowl was wrong response from ryan has taken over 3 months. Told them because front cowl was wrong and they havent done anything to make it right. Ill send back complete order. Over $4000. They said I had to pay to send back. I do not recommend them. There costumer service, follow up and resolution is not good. Everything came from double take dont waste your time. I have a fleet of rental carts. I had plans to renew all of them.

Horrible Customer Service

Ordered a part needed. Within 20 minutes, Found the part on another site that could overnight.

Tried to cancel the order with ExtremeKartz. No phone number was listed on the website and the site instructs you to contact them via email. I immediately sent an email requesting to cancel the order. No return email was sent by them.

The following day, I checked status of the order and still showed as in fullfillment. I Sent another email requesting to cancel the order prior to them shipping the order out. Still nothing. Followed up with emails the next 3 days when I finally received a response advising it had been sent that morning.

Operations Manager response was they could not cancel since it had been shipped. Finally had to refuse the package from FedEx and had it returned to ExtremeKartz. 2 weeks after the package was confirmed delivered back (FedEx Tracking) no email or anything from company. I've sent 3 more emails requesting an update as to my refund for the returned item.

Still no response.

Absolutely the worst Customer Service! I will not ever purchase anything from them again and I suggest you consider the same.

This place is one of the worst places to do business with !! Ordered graphics decals to put on a golf cart and never applied them but just was unhappy with the design of them and they refuse to accept a to give me a refund ?? Wow hope you have a bit of sense and do not order from them!!
